Mobil SERV℠ Lubricant Analysis puts the expertise and resources of ExxonMobil at your fingertips. With decades of experience in used oil analysis and a global database of marine equipment and engines, we are able to accurately analyse your lubrication needs, making recommendations and setting technical limits that help you:

  • Increase reliability by detecting and preventing potential equipment failures
  • Reduce unscheduled downtime
  • Lower your lubricant consumption and costly disposal

Mobil Serv℠ Cylinder Condition Monitoring is our next-generation onboard scrape down oil analysis service. It is specifically designed to help you improve engine protection and optimise cylinder oil feed rates to ultimately help achieve significant cost savings.

Our extensive database of scrape down oil analysis samples shows that more than half of vessels are not operating an optimal feed rate. By subscribing to our game-changing condition monitoring service, you will receive ongoing engine data that can identify issues such as under- and over-lubrication, cold corrosion and the presence of cat fines. This information can help you optimise feed rates and react quickly to problems as they arise, which can result in significant cost savings.
